Our impact arises above all from helping the Lahti region and the companies operating in our area to achieve sustainable growth and to develop responsible business operations.  

We want every company in our region to have the opportunity to succeed and grow, as vibrant companies bring jobs and tax revenue – creating wellbeing for the entire area.

In our own operations, we follow the principles of good, transparent governance and responsible financial management. We also implement fair and sustainable personnel policies.  

As a subsidiary of the City of Lahti, we comply with the responsibility and sustainability targets set by the city.

• We participate in the City of Lahti’s Climate City Contract.  
• We report on our responsibility work in accordance with Lahti city group guidelines and publish key responsibility-related information annually together with our financial statements.
