Accessibility Statement

We are building the LADEC.fi website into a service that functions smoothly for all users. Accessibility is a central part of a high‑quality customer experience and our ongoing development work.

This is the accessibility statement of Lahden Seudun Kehitys LADEC Oy, and it applies to the website www.ladec.fi. The accessibility statement has been prepared on 12 January 2026.

This LADEC.fi website is subject to the Act on the Provision of Digital Services, which requires public online services to be accessible. The Act obliges LADEC to comply with the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG) levels A and AA, which include a total of 49 criteria.

Our website has been designed and implemented both technically and in terms of content to meet the A and AA level criteria already during the development phase. 

The Finnish-language version of the site was published on 12 January 2026. The site will still undergo multiple updates and additions in January–February 2026. Therefore, we will complete an accessibility assessment after these planned updates, no later than 28 February 2026. We will publish an accessibility statement based on the assessment immediately after it has been completed.

Supervisory authority

If you are not satisfied with our response or receive no reply within two weeks, you may submit a notification to the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom. The website saavutettavuusvaatimukset.fi provides detailed instructions on how to submit a notification and how it will be processed.
