Business Lifecycle

A company’s path progresses from the early stage towards the growth stage. At some point, the company reaches a stabilisation or maturity stage. If the company continues, or at the latest at this point begins, to develop and renew its operations, a new phase of growth can begin. Alternatively, during the maturity stage, the company’s growth may turn into decline. If the company is unable to make the necessary changes at that point, it may eventually face closure.

A company’s new journey and growth may also begin during the maturity or decline stage, for example through an ownership change or acquisition that leads to renewal.

Idea Stage

We provide you with personal, confidential and free support in developing your business idea and business plan, identifying your skills and entrepreneurial qualities, and testing business ideas.

Start-up Stage

We provide you with personal, confidential and free support in preparing your business plan and financial calculations, exploring funding options and available grants, as well as handling permit, taxation, insurance and registration matters. And if needed, dealing with the relevant authorities.

Early Stage

You will receive personal, confidential and free advice and coaching during your company’s first years of operation on matters such as pricing, profitability, sales and marketing, product and service development, financing or recruitment. According to your needs and situation.

Growth Stage

We help your company identify opportunities, capabilities and conditions for growth, as well as find funding and partners. We also provide coaching in preparing a growth strategy and action plan, and in assessing potential risks.

Maturity Stage

Does your company have a stable market position and generate good results? Excellent! But if your business is starting to take an interest in growth and internationalisation, we can provide free support in identifying growth opportunities, conditions and readiness, in preparing a growth plan, and in finding the necessary networks and partners.
