FINAL CONFERENCE: CitiCAP - Citizens’ cap-and-trade co-created EU Urban Innovative Actions project
Come and explore how Lahti, the European Green Capital 2021, became the first city in the world to implement a system for personal carbon trading on mobility. You will also learn how Lahti has integrated the SUMP into the master planning process of the city and how much publicity constructing a smart bicycle highway can gain.
In this event we will highlight how cities can build new and innovative policy tools to reduce mobility emissions and prepare for today’s challenges in urban mobility. The final conference will focus on what we have learned in CitiCAP project and pathways ahead.
